About my Commissions

I will listen to any ideas you have for your commission. I do have the right to not accept any commissions for any reason. Please note though that I do use my style and technique when I create any piece of artwork.

Preferred Commissions include the following:

• General Landscapes

• Florals

• Abstract Expressionism (please note a color or mood you are wanting to convey)

• Sentimental Spots/Vacations (childhood home, favorite beach, etc.)

• Stylized Portraits

*Note that I cannot replicate any images that are not taken by you unless you own the image, or are given explicit permission by the original photographer for copyright reasons. I also cannot and will not under any circumstances replicate another individual’s art. No AI references are permitted and yes, I will be able to tell.

Mediums I will use:

• Acrylic Paint (preferred)

• Watercolors

• Ink

• Charcoal

• Colored Pencils

• Oil Pastel

• Oil Paint (must be requested at least three months in advance for drying time)

All Commissions will include the final piece along with any sketches I may have done in the process if you would like to have them. Depending on the piece I may send you a sketch ahead of time for approval. If you have reference images, please email them to emilygalldesigns@gmail.com with the same subject you use as your submission. You can also just send an email with all of the information instead, just make sure to note that this is a commission in the subject and the due date.

Payments are done in 2. Half is paid up front once the commission is confirmed. The second half will be paid upon completion. The buyer is responsible for any shipping and delivery costs. If you are local to the Pittsburgh area, we can arrange a pick-up or drop-off location.

Commissions will not be reproduced as prints, stickers, or in any other medium unless previously discussed.
